Job summary

Viventis Search Asia is seeking an Operations Excellence Leader to drive governance and streamline daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to processes. You will track RF targets, support deployments with the ops manager, and coordinate with finance, sales operations, project managers, and supply chain teams for critical deployments.

The role requires 5+ years in operations or process improvement, a strong grasp of S&OP, backlog management, and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, business excellence, process improvement, or related role.
• Proven experience in driving governance, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP, backlog management, and business performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Establish & own governance around S&OP L1 & SIM process; ensure owners publish outputs and escalate challenges.
• Backlog reconciliation and book to bill processing with tight coordination with sales operations and GSC.
• Monitor the health of the Balance Score Card for the territory and bring in focused actions when needed.
• Maintain min-max spare parts lists in coordination with the operations manager, SR managers and supply chain team.

Operations Excellence Job Summary:

The operations excellence leader is responsible in driving governance and streamlining daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to process. He/she is also responsible for tracking the sales numbers based on RF targets. Support and help unblock dependencies together with the operations manager in executing committed deployments in coordination with finance, sales operations analyst, project managers and project support specialists for support i.e. credit holds, supply chains parts escalations, identify any opportunities for pull-in to meet RF target.

Responsibilities:

• Establish & own governance around S&OP L1 & SIM process as per the playbook. Ensure that respective functional owners publish outputs from these meetings. Highlight challenges (and escalat), as appropriate.

• Backlog reconciliation and book to bill processing with tight coordination with sales operations and GSC.

• Monitor the health of the Balance Score Card for the territory and bring in the required focus where required.

• Keep an updated list of min-max spare parts list. This is in coordination with the operations manager, SR managers and supply chain team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in operations, business excellence, process improvement, project management, or a related role.

• Strong knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), backlog management, and business performance tracking.
