Job summary

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with salespersons, sales managers, and other departments on sales-related concerns and requests.
• Monitor and follow up on sales activities, leads, reservations, and account requirements.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, trackers, and required documentation.
• Assist sellers with inquiries, requirements, schedules, and operational concerns.
• Coordinate tripping schedules, sales activities, events, and team requirements.
• Ensure timely submission and processing of sales documents and requests.
• Monitor pending concerns and coordinate with concerned departments for proper resolution.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team and management.
• Assist during sales events and activities, including occasional site office visits when needed.
• Perform other sales coordination and administrative tasks as assigned.
