Job summary

CSS is seeking an Associate Specialist – Sales in the Philippines to coordinate opportunities with Outside/Inside Sales and support functions. You will schedule calls, deploy Field Technical Specialists, and ensure timely project execution while maintaining CRM data accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred.
• 0-2 years of inside or outside sales, project, business development or operations support experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
• Research skills and analytical mindset.
• Self-motivated with a customer-service orientation in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of inventory concepts and sales processes.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Understanding of vertical market conditions.
• Ability to drive results-oriented activity.

Responsibilities

• Supports the sales process by coordinating opportunities with Inside/Outside Sales and other departments.
• Schedules sales calls and deploys Field Technical Specialists.
• Updates the CRM after customer visits and communicates with stakeholders.
• Provides sales team with data reports as needed.
• Provides pricing support to management and outside sales.
• Interacts with Inside Sales, suppliers, COEs, and customers to ensure timely execution of projects.
• Participates in meetings to measure progress toward objectives.
• Provides general administrative support to outside sales team.
