Job summary

Cartrack Asia in Manila is seeking a capable Sales Admin to support the sales team with scheduling, orders, and data entry. You’ll maintain CRM records, prepare reports, and respond to client inquiries to help drive efficiency.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, plus experience with Excel and CRM tools. You will also assist in organizing meetings and events while ensuring policy compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing excellent service.
• Experience in data analysis and sales forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team by managing schedules, documentation, and reports.
• Process orders and ensure accurate order entry in the system.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals as required.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
• Track sales performance metrics and generate insights for improvement.
