Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Build quarterly training demand plans with Business Partners.
• Coordinate session scheduling, enrollment and attendance management.
• Manage session fill rates and ad hoc training requests.
• Support Train the Trainer and Facilitator readiness programs.
• Coordinate stakeholders, facilitators and delivery teams.
• Review training scores and develop corrective action plans.
• Deliver reporting, analytics and improvement recommendations.
• Support AI enabled learning, scheduling and seller support solutions.
• Ensure LMS data accuracy and SLA compliance.
• Functional Responsibilities: Manage day to day learning operations and issue resolution.
• Serve as SME or point of contact for assigned activities.
• Support stakeholders across training and enablement functions.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Align delivery with business priorities and readiness goals.
