Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Pricing Optimization Senior Manager to lead training operations, demand planning and LMS management for a regional scope. You will coordinate scheduling, enrollment and facilitator readiness while aligning with business partners and stakeholders to ensure effective learning delivery.

You will bring 16–25 years of experience, with at least 2 years in training or scheduling, strong client relationship skills and the ability to operate in a 24x7 environment.

Qualifications

• Pricing & profitability optimization expertise required.
• Experience in Training, Learning Administration or Scheduling is essential.
• Client relationship and scope management experience is a plus.
• Global learning operations experience is preferred.
• Professional English proficiency and strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage training demand planning, facilitator readiness, scheduling and LMS operations for an assigned region.
• Ensure training effectiveness, stakeholder satisfaction, session utilization and continuous improvement through analytics and AI-enabled solutions.
• Coordinate training delivery, track attendance and sessions, and deliver reporting and dashboards.
• Support Train the Trainer and facilitator readiness programs and engage delivery teams.
• Monitor KPIs and drive operational excellence in learning programs.

• Operations Management
  • Build quarterly training demand plans with Business Partners and stakeholders
  • Coordinate session scheduling, enrollment and attendance tracking
  • Manage session fill rates and ad hoc training requests
  • Support Train the Trainer and Facilitator readiness programs
  • Coordinate facilitators, stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Analyze session feedback and create corrective action plans
  • Deliver reporting, dashboards and operational insights
  • Support AI enabled learning, scheduling and seller support tools
  • Ensure LMS accuracy and SLA compliance
