Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Experience in sales administration or order processing is an advantage.

• Willing to relocate to Tandang Sora Ext. Sta. Quiteria Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor customer purchase orders (POs) from order confirmation through delivery.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Delivery Teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Monitor order status and delivery schedules and provide updates to customers as needed.
• Prepare sales reports, delivery documents, and other sales-related records.
• Encode and maintain accurate customer and sales information using Microsoft Excel.
• Assist in handling customer inquiries and sales-related concerns.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
