Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
8–10+ years in accounting/finance with 5+ years managing Accounting Managers or teams.
Deep US GAAP or Country GAAP and consolidated balances accountability.
CPA or equivalent qualification; M&A integration/NewCo carve-out preferred; familiarity with SAP or Oracle ERP.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple Accounting Managers and teams with coaching and succession planning.
Oversee accounting activities across entities and regions with consolidated balances.
Govern financial close, SOX and audit strategy, and escalate complex issues.
Represent Finance with senior leadership, auditors, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Lead large-scale transformation and standardization programs with executive reporting.
