Private Advertiser in Metro Manila is seeking a Sales Operations / Administrative Support professional to help manage sales pipelines, generate performance reports, and support the sales team.

You will handle customer inquiries, assist with onboarding of new reps, maintain the CRM, and coordinate with Logistics on various tasks. The role requires strong organizational skills, CRM proficiency, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset to drive sales efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales operations or admin support.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing sales pipelines, tracking sales performance data, and preparing reports.
