Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• At least 1 year in sales support or admin preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, esp. Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate requisition slips listing ordered items.
• Prepare serial templates and coordinate with warehouse on serial numbers.
• Process and accurately record item fulfillment in the system.
• Prepare delivery forms and verify against supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, deliveries, and sales documents.
