Job summary

Power Tractire Inc. is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Metro Manila to support the sales team by maintaining documentation, organizing data, and processing orders with accuracy. The role includes after-sales support and promotional activities.

The ideal candidate has proven sales experience, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and excellent communication abilities. A business administration degree is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales; coordinative or admin roles seen as a plus.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF Functions, basic formulas).
• Well-organized and responsible.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Degree in business administration or relevant field is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales team by filing important documents and communicating relevant information
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• Store and sort relevant data in electronic form and present reports if needed
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Inform sales team of unforeseen delays or problems
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
