Job summary

ISS STOXX is seeking an Associate for the Sales Operations team to support Sales, ensure data integrity in Salesforce, and manage the renewal lifecycle. You will collaborate with the finance and Salesforce teams to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracy.

This role involves night shifts (9 PM–6 AM Manila time) with a hybrid work setup. A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting and 5–8 years of relevant experience are expected. Salesforce familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales support: prepare and book license agreements in Salesforce and manage the opportunity lifecycle.
• Quality control: ensure accurate booking and documentation of sales in Salesforce based on signed contracts.
• Renewal monitoring: track overdue renewals, send reminders, and assess risk exposure.
• System enhancement: collaborate with Salesforce Development Team on improvements and issues.
• Reporting: prepare monthly sales reports and ad hoc insights.
• Project participation: engage in finance projects for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support: Assist the Sales Teams in the preparation and booking of license agreements in Salesforce, managing the entire opportunity lifecycle, including entry, modifications, and cancellations.
• Quality Control: Act as the point of control to ensure accurate booking and documentation of sales in Salesforce based on signed contracts.
• Renewal Monitoring: Keep an eye on overdue renewals, send reminders to Sales Teams about updating the status of pending renewals, and assess business risk exposure.
• System Enhancement: Collaborate with the Salesforce Development Team to recommend system improvements and identify existing issues.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly sales reports and other ad hoc reports to support business insights.
• Project Participation: Engage in various projects within the finance organization to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 5-8 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication skills, highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent interpersonal skills. A proactive personality, high motivation, and the ability to work independently are key.
• Bonus Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
