Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare the monthly sales and operation reports needed for periodic review/analysis and monthly meetings with management (DOLE reports, CCD Reports, Sales extractions, NAV uploading, inventory count, RPOS, and ATD reports)
• Collaborate & suggest programs, process improvements on operating procedures and ensure that these are all aligned with company guidelines and policies
• Organize store cash documentation and process reimbursement for allowances, petty cash, cash card, cash advances, and other liquidation
• Prepare and report data to all reported CCTV concerns and coordinate a support group for quotation and unit installation requirements
• Prepare and report data related to store fixed assets
• Managing and maintaining store quota tools, RLOG, VLOG and other store-related sites
• Manage different site requisitions and attend the site cleanup for conversion, closure, approval, and cancellation (POS, NAV, HCM, CCD, & Others)
