Job summary

Appficiency Inc. in the Philippines seeks a detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to enable the sales organization through data, processes, and operational support.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams on opportunities of varying sizes, driving efficiency and accuracy in sales processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with strong communication and analytical skills to translate data into actionable revenue insights and scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, finance, marketing or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and data analysis abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and database software.
• Knowledge of NetSuite products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide actionable insights on sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion trends to drive revenue growth.
• Track and report monthly conversion rates, pipeline progression, and key sales metrics.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams.
• Serve as the primary administrator for NetSuite CRM, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and process adherence.
• Design and enhance NetSuite dashboards and reporting frameworks to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Implement and maintain lead tracking systems to measure marketing performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor sales pipeline activity and forecast accuracy, ensuring proper stage progression and data hygiene.
• Track 100% of inbound inquiries and sales activities, ensuring accurate data capture and reporting.
