Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Experience in sales administration or a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with strong data-entry and documentation skills.
• Able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Customer-focused, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, purchase orders, and other sales documents.
• Process and monitor customer orders from receipt through delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales, and product records.
• Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, schedules, and inquiries.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Logistics, and other departments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Monitor sales targets, order status, pending transactions, and outstanding requirements.
• Update CRM systems, spreadsheets, and internal databases.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and other sales-related matters.
• Assist Sales Executives with presentations, proposals, and other documentation.
