Job summary

VTSA International Inc. (Schneider Lifts and Components Philippines) in Baguio is seeking a Sales & Marketing Officer to drive growth across local markets. You will develop strategies, pursue new clients, present products, and manage accounts while coordinating with internal teams to fulfill orders and projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in sales/marketing, with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; travel and fieldwork are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 1–3 years in Sales and Marketing, Business Development, or related role
• Experience in Elevator or Construction Industry strongly preferred
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new clients
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales is an advantage
• Excellent customer relationship and account management skills
• Results-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated
• Willing to conduct fieldwork, client visits, and business development activities
• Willing to travel when required
• With a valid driver's license and own vehicle is an advantage
• Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and increase sales.
• Identify and pursue new clients, business opportunities, and potential markets.
• Actively promote and sell the company's products and services to prospective and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and business partners.
• Manage and follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, proposals, and sales opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, site visits, and sales presentations as needed.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support sales strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of orders, projects, and client requirements.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management and manager
• Participate in marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, sales activities, and account information.
• Perform other related sales and marketing duties as assigned by manager.
