Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support sales and marketing activities.
• Serves as main point of contact/liaison for key activities and initiatives both internally and externally.
• Tracks, manages and maintains budgets and spending; ensures cost-saving measures within allocated amounts.
• Directs and initiates solutions in support of continuous improvement.
• Coordinates projects/assignments of broader scope, assembling materials and data as needed.
• Manages confidential information and ensures proper sharing with relevant stakeholders.
• Supports meeting coordination, travel arrangements and general office duties.
