Job summary

You will drive marketing campaigns, manage social content, and maintain a strong sales pipeline across corporate, education, tourism, weddings, and private events, collaborating with an Australian-based team to hit measurable targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing, or business development in customer-facing roles.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Familiarity with Australian hospitality or events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities across markets such as corporate, education, tourism, wedding, and private events.
• Proactively contact potential clients and partners, respond to enquiries, and qualify leads.
• Prepare proposals and quotations, follow up to secure bookings, and maintain client relationships.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract customers.
• Manage social media content and CRM records; report on campaign performance.
