Role Description

The Sales Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City. This role supports the sales and marketing team by assisting with market research, lead generation, and preparation of sales and marketing materials. Daily tasks include coordinating with potential and existing customers, maintaining customer records, and supporting sales presentations and proposals. The role helps organize events or meetings, tracks outreach results, and provides administrative support to ensure efficient execution of sales and marketing activities. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to align acticities, increase customer acquisition, and support overall business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to conduct client prospecting, probing and identifying customer needs.
• Foundational Sales & Marketing skills, including lead follow-up and support for prospecting activities.
• 1-2 years relevant experience in sales support, preferably in renewable energy, technology, or related industries.
• Proficiency in basic office software and online collaboration amd prospecting tools.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
