Sungrow Philippines is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive B2C marketing, social media management, and content creation from Makati. The role focuses on strengthening brand presence through engaging digital content, campaigns, and events for solar energy and storage solutions.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in marketing, with hands-on social media and content creation experience, plus familiarity with Canva/CapCut. Onsite work in Makati is required.

• Monitor social media trends and campaign performance for improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and agencies for marketing activities.
• Assist with marketing reports, budgets, and documentation.
• Ensure all materials follow branding guidelines.

About The Role

Sungrow Philippines is looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Specialist with experience in B2C marketing, social media management, and content creation. The role will help strengthen our brand presence through engaging digital content, marketing campaigns, and promotional events for our solar energy and battery energy storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts and develop content calendars for relevant platforms.
• Create engaging content, including graphics, captions, reels, short‑form videos, and other marketing materials.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Assist in organizing and executing exhibitions, product launches, roadshows, trade shows, seminars, and other marketing events.
• Coordinate event logistics, promotional materials, and social media coverage before, during, and after events.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external agencies to support marketing activities.
• Assist with marketing reports, budget monitoring, purchase requests, expense documentation, and other marketing administrative tasks.
• Ensure all marketing materials and activities follow Sungrow's branding guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, particularly B2C marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• Hands‑on experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging digital content.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar graphic design and video editing tools.
• Experience supporting exhibitions, product launches, roadshows, or other marketing events is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Creative, detail‑oriented, and knowledgeable about current social media trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in renewable energy, technology, or consumer electronics is an advantage.
• A portfolio of previous social media content or marketing campaigns is preferred.

Work Setup

Full‑time, onsite in Makati City.
