Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles, social media management, and online advertising platforms.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent applications.
• Familiarity with website content management systems such as WordPress, Wix, or similar platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience in customer service, sales support, or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Provide information about available residential units and project details.
• Assist in coordinating and scheduling unit viewings with prospective buyers.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the inquiry and viewing process.
• Maintain records of client inquiries and interactions.
