Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Sales Manager for a direct-hire, on-site role in Pasay City. The position requires leadership of the sales team, development of aggressive plans to hit the ₱2.13 million six-month target, and close coordination with Finance to ensure timely receivables.

Candidate should have at least 4 years in Sales/Marketing, 2+ years in supervisory roles, and 1 year in a managerial capacity. Mon-Fri schedule; on-site work location in Gil Puyat, Pasay City.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year Baccalaureate course in Management or related field.
• Excellent communication and corporate protocol awareness.
• Strong sales drive with ability to meet quotas and manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and implement sales strategies to retain existing markets and acquire new accounts in Logistics/Freight Forwarding.
• Coordinate with Finance to monitor receivables and address billing issues.
• Develop and submit annual plans, targets, and budgets aligned with corporate direction.
• Manage, monitor, and evaluate Sales staff performance; implement career development programs.
• Submit monthly sales reports directly to the CEO and Finance and Accounting Manager.

Experience Requirements

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Sales Attainment: Conceptualize and implement sales strategies to retain existing markets and acquire new accounts in Logistics/Freight Forwarding.
• Collection Support: Coordinate closely with the Finance Department to monitor receivables and directly intervene to resolve delayed payments or billing issues.
• Plans & Programs: Develop and submit annual plans, targets, and budgets aligned with the corporate direction.
• People Management: Manage, monitor, and evaluate Sales staff performance while initiating career development programs.
• Reportorial: Submit comprehensive monthly sales reports directly to the CEO and the Finance and Accounting Manager.
