Job summary

A leading cleaning service provider in Manila is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate cleaning resources and ensure service efficiency. Responsibilities include managing daily cleaning schedules, monitoring crew attendance, and overseeing logistics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong analytical skills, and is proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage. This role is on-site in Mandaluyong City from Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of any 4-year course or any technical/vocational courses related to the role.
• Experience from the Hospitality Industry is a plus.
• Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Has good analytical ability to manage multiple transactions.
• Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experienced in leveraging CRM platforms to drive operational efficiency.
• Willing to report on-site at Mandaluyong City from Mondays to Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation and logistics with drivers.
• Validate bookings from Sales before assigning teams.
• Track inventory of consumables (in coordination with Facilities & Equipment Custodian).
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on service completion vs. bookings.

The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating cleaning resources (cleaners, cleaning materials, service) across all accounts. The Dispatcher will ensure revenue by minimizing scheduling errors and optimizing logistics to ensure 100% service readiness.
