Job summary

Star-Pearl Technologies Philippines is seeking a dedicated Sales and Logistics Assistant to support the Sales Team with inquiries, quotations, and order processing. You will coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and Finance to ensure on-time delivery and accurate documentation.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Experience in sales support or semiconductor industry is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willing to learn technical products and customer requirements.
• Preferably with experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or the Semiconductor Industry.
• Knowledge or exposure to semiconductor products such as Probe Cards, Burn-In Boards, Load Boards, or related test interface products is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems and order processing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Team in managing customer inquiries, requests, and order-related concerns.
• Prepare quotations, work orders, sales reports, and other sales documentation.
• Monitor the work order status and communicate the status with the HQ Sales team.
• Process customer purchase orders and coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and Finance for order execution.
• Monitor production schedules, repair status, and shipment timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Follow up with internal teams/HQ team regarding customer requirements, material availability, and project progress.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and filing systems.
• Assist in preparing monthly sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
• Coordinate customer meetings, visits, and business reviews when required.
• Handle email correspondence and provide timely updates to customers.
