Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early-career professional—no prior sales experience required.
• Clear, confident written and spoken English.
• Comfortable with remote work, self-management and daily written updates.
• Genuine interest in software, AI and how businesses buy.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet space for client calls.

Responsibilities

• Research, qualify and enrich inbound and outbound leads across India and international markets.
• Run first-touch outreach over email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp using approved messaging.
• Book and prepare discovery calls for the Sales Manager and Founder.
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date pipeline and follow-up cadence in the CRM.
• Support proposals, pricing sheets and follow-up sequences through to close.
• Report weekly on activity, conversion and learnings.
