About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Head to join our dynamic team at ALFC INSURANCE AGENCY CORPORATION.

What you'll be doing

• Sales operations and performance management

• System approval, monitoring and operational oversight

• People management and employee development

• Sales and client management

• Reporting, compliance and administrative functions

What we're looking for

• Preferably with degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing, or any related course.

• With at least three (3) years of relevant work experience in ales, marketing, account management, or non-life insurance operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

• With strong leadership, people management, and performance management skills.

• With excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.

• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel for operational and business requirements.

• Computer-proficient and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications, email communication, monitoring tools, and system based processing of approvals.
