Job summary

ALFC INSURANCE AGENCY CORPORATION in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Associate to join its dynamic team. You will drive sales, acquire and manage client relationships, and prepare and endorse essential documents while maintaining up-to-date records and responsive communications.

The ideal candidate is sales- and customer-service oriented, confident, and proactive, with the ability to travel and work under deadlines. A business-related degree and related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing, or related field.
• Relevant experience in sales, marketing, and customer service is an advantage.
• Candidate should be confident, persuasive, proactive and customer service oriented.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Strong convincing powers and willingness to travel for work.

What you'll be doing

• Achieve sales targets and quotas in assigned areas.
• Acquire new clients and maintain strong business relationships.
• Prepare and endorse documents.
• Regularly updates the monitoring and ensure all needed date are complete.
• Maintains good relationship with existing clients and sources new clients in order to grow the business.
• Handles inquiries and concerns in timely manner.
• Support the development and distribution of marketing plans, projects, promotions, and advertising materials.
• Perform other assigned work-related functions as needed.

What we're looking for

• Preferably with degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing, or other related course or College level.
• Relevant experience in sales , marketing, and customer service will be an advantage.
• Should be confident, persuasive, creative, pleasant, proactive and customer service oriented.
• Can work completely and accurately under time constraints and deadlines.
• Should have strong convincing power.
• Willing to do fieldwork / travel for work purposes
