ALFC INSURANCE AGENCY CORPORATION is seeking a proactive Sales Associate to join its dynamic team in the Philippines. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

You will prepare and endorse documents while supporting marketing initiatives and campaigns. The ideal candidate brings experience in sales, marketing, and customer service, with a confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Preferably with a degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing, or related field.
• Relevant experience in sales, marketing, and customer service is an advantage.
• Confident, persuasive, creative, pleasant, proactive and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and quotas in assigned areas.
• Acquire new clients and maintain strong business relationships.
• Prepare and endorse documents.
• Regularly update monitoring and ensure all needed data are complete.
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients and source new clients to grow the business.

• Perform other assigned work-related functions as needed.

What we're looking for

• Preferably with degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing, or other related course or College level.

• Relevant experience in sales , marketing, and customer service will be an advantage.
• Should be confident, persuasive, creative, pleasant, proactive and customer service oriented.
• Can work completely and accurately under time constraints and deadlines.
• Should have strong convincing power.
• Willing to do fieldwork / travel for work purposes
