Job summary

Whr Global Consulting is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our Philippines sales team. You will drive revenue growth while building a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and career development.

You will manage and coach the Inside Sales team, set goals and development plans, and ensure accurate pipeline management and CRM usage. Fluent English and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience including outbound prospecting and negotiation.
• 5+ years of people-management or team leadership experience.
• Fluent in written and oral English; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Coach and motivate Inside Sales Representatives; conduct 1:1s and reviews.
• Set goals, KPIs, and development plans for team members.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM accuracy.
• Deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership.
