InspiringPG, Inc. is seeking a motivated sales professional based in Taguig, Philippines. The role focuses on client acquisition and B2B sales execution within the telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably with knowledge of fiber optics.

The position offers a pay range of Php50,000.00 – Php100,000.00 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance and opportunities for promotions. This is an in-person role with a Monday to Friday work schedule.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in the telecommunications or related industry.
• Knowledge of fiber optic cables or ODN products preferred.
• Proven track record with local networks of sub-contractors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new distributors and provincial ISPs.
• Conduct cold calls and client visits to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, any major. Preferably communication, computer, or related majors.
• 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in the Philippine telecommunications, fiber optics, broadband, or electrical supply industry.
• Knowledge and familiarity with fiber optic cables, network accessories, or ODN products highly preferred.
• Proven track record with a ready network of local sub-contractors or electrical wholesalers.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, comfortable working independently in a pioneering/start-up environment.
• Excellent negotiation skills; fluent in English and Tagalog (written and spoken).
• Willing to travel within Metro Manila and nearby provinces for client visits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Client acquisition: Identify and onboard new distributors, sub-contractors, wholesalers, and provincial ISPs for cable and ODN product lines.
• B2B sales executions: Conduct cold calls, client visits, and product presentations to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Account management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, handle inquiries, quotations, and contract negotiations.
• Market insights: Monitor competitors pricing, market trends, and feedback to help optimize local sales strategies.
• Payment collection: Coordinate with clients to ensure timely payment collections and credit management.

Working schedule: Mon‑Fri, 8:30 am‑5:30 pm.

Pay: Php50,000.00 – Php100,000.00 per month.
