Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 72 college units completed.
• Educational background in Real Estate Management, Marketing, Finance, Commerce, Advertising/Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least one year of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with a sales team.
• Existing corporate sales network is an advantage.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales opportunities, developing client relationships, presenting property offerings, and managing the sales process from lead generation through closing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote and sell PHirst Park Homes residential properties to prospective buyers.
• Generate leads through personal networks, referrals, digital channels, and corporate connections.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Manage leads and conduct consistent follow-ups to maximize sales opportunities.
• Assist clients throughout the reservation and closing process.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities, events, and networking initiatives.
• Stay updated on property developments, pricing, promotions, and market trends.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably a Bachelor's Degree holder, or completed at least 72 college units.
• Educational background in Real Estate Management (REM), Marketing, Finance, Commerce, Advertising/Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least one (1) year of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a sales team.
• An existing corporate sales network is an advantage.
