PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. is seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our Cavite team. You will generate leads, present property offerings, and guide clients through the reservation and closing process.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in sales or real estate, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently within a sales team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate.
• Bachelor’s degree or 72 college units is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell residential properties to prospective buyers.

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc., is looking for a motivated, results-oriented, and passionate Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Cavite.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales opportunities, developing client relationships, presenting property offerings, and managing the sales process from lead generation through closing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote and sell PHirst Park Homes residential properties to prospective buyers.
• Generate leads through personal networks, referrals, digital channels, and corporate connections.
• Conduct client consultations, property presentations, and site tours.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable property options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Manage leads and conduct consistent follow-ups to maximize sales opportunities.
• Assist clients throughout the reservation and closing process.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities, events, and networking initiatives.
• Stay updated on property developments, pricing, promotions, and market trends.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree holder, or completed at least 72 college units.
• Educational background in Real Estate Management (REM), Marketing, Finance, Commerce, Advertising/Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least one (1) year of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a sales team.
• An existing corporate sales network is an advantage.
