Job summary

Towa Semiconductor Equipment Philippines Corp is seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to promote the company's semiconductor products. You'll develop marketing plans, pursue new markets, and drive sales from inquiry to order while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include presenting proposals, coordinating with management, and ensuring timely follow-up on after-sales service, with frequent travel and a strong customer orientation.

Qualifications

• Educational background: Bachelor's or college degree in engineering-related field.
• Work experience: 3–5 years in semiconductor equipment (OEM).
• Experience in backend operations is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Must exhibit SMART characteristics: Specific, Measurable, Aggressive, Realistic, Time-bound.
• With own vehicle is an advantage; willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the group through the promotion of sales/marketing.
• Market and sell the company’s products, Group and Affiliates.
• Set up plans for marketing strategies corresponding to item 2.
• Retrieve accounts receivable.
• Feed back and report on all sales activities and market information.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and develop new markets.
