Job summary

RISING STAR HUMAN RESOURCES INC is seeking a results-driven Sales Engineer to expand automation and IIoT solutions in the Philippines. You will visit clients, identify opportunities, and conduct product demonstrations to showcase value and fit.

Responsibilities include reviewing RFQs and technical specifications to prepare detailed proposals, presenting solutions, and explaining how products meet client requirements. A technical background and license are required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must hold a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam).
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Automation or IIoT.
• Exposure to wastewater treatment, infrastructure, MEP contractors, or system integrators.
• Strong understanding of automation and instrumentation solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Instrumentation or Mechatronics).
