The position requires civil engineering or architecture background with 2+ years in construction-related sales and direct selling to contractors, developers, and

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering or Architecture is required.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in construction-related materials (roofing, cement, rebar).
• 2 years direct selling experience to contractors, developers, hardware stores, or roofing specialists preferred.
• Computer-literate with basic estimating.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented, proactive and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales from contractors, developers, architects, hardware stores, and end-users.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and close sales contracts.
• Develop new market opportunities and expand client base.
• Monitor sales quotations, contracts, intake, dispatch, and collections.
• Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable (A/R).
• Attend job-site meetings and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Submit required daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Handle customer concerns and assist in resolving collection issues when necessary.
