Job summary

Recruitify_HR in the Philippines is seeking a sales professional with a background in building products or construction materials to identify and pursue new opportunities by understanding customer needs and offering technical solutions.

You will build strong relationships with key clients to ensure excellent service, work closely with the technical team to deliver product information and customized solutions, and assist in bids, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree in Sales, Engineering or other business-related courses.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in building products or construction materials.
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills.
• Skilled at negotiation and problem solving.
• Ideally holds a valid driver's license and can operate motorcycles and cars.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate technical solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Work closely with the technical team to provide product information, recommendations, and customized solutions.
• Assist in preparing bids, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to monitor market trends and expand professional networks.
• Support the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Submit regular sales progress reports and updates to management.
