Job summary

SiteMinder seeks a Sales Trainer to onboard new sales reps and elevate ongoing skills across the team. You will work with Sales Managers to ensure new hires progress through months 2 and 3 with the knowledge to meet quota targets.

You will develop advanced training beyond the first 90 days, covering skills, product knowledge, and market intelligence. Excellent communicator with strong coaching abilities is essential.

Qualifications

• Direct experience delivering sales training programs.
• Proven track record of coaching sales teams to meet KPI targets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to design onboarding and ongoing development curricula.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding journey for new sales reps to ensure a great first experience.
• Partner with Sales Managers and track new hires through months 2–3 to hit targets.
• Develop and deliver training curriculum beyond the first 90 days for tenured reps.
• Conduct training needs analysis with sales leaders and design initiatives to address gaps.
• Coach and mentor across the Sales organization to share best practices.
