Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Support or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic graphic design, video editing, or multimedia skills are an advantage.
• Experience in preparing business proposals, quotations, or bid documents is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare business proposals, quotations, contracts, and sales presentations.
• Maintain client databases, sales trackers, and lead monitoring tools.
• Monitor sales pipelines and follow-up schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support sales requirements.
• Create product and solution video demonstrations for client presentations.
• Develop user guides and instructional materials for products and solutions.
• Design marketing brochures, quick-start guides, and sales enablement materials.
• Create and update TORs, scope of work documents, and project briefs.
