Probe CX is seeking a Sales Operations & Enablement Lead to architect and optimise our sales engine in a fast-growing BPO/CX setting. You will establish governance, enablement infrastructure, and data-driven workflows across the Growth department to improve prospecting, qualification, and validation stages.

You will collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and leadership to design toolkits, dashboards, and processes that drive disciplined execution and measurable performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement in a B2B or tech environment.
