PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group is seeking a Sales Director to lead a Baliwag, Bulacan-based team of 3–5 Sales Managers and their 3–5 Sales Executives. You will translate targets into actionable territory strategies and foster a high-trust, high-performance selling culture.

You will recruit, coach, and drive end-to-end sales operations, partnering with marketing and property teams to achieve quotas in a fast-growing market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales leadership experience in real estate or high-value consultative sales.
• Proven track record in building teams and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Familiarity with the Bulacan real estate market.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales operations for PHirst Baliwag, Bulacan team.

Key Objectives:

• Build and staff an organization of 3 to 5 Sales Managers, each leading 3 to 5 Sales Executives, ready to scale as the territory grows.
• Translate sales targets into actionable strategies for the Baliwag, Bulacan territory.
• Foster a high-trust, high-performance sales culture.
