PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. seeks a Sales Director to lead a high-performing Real Estate sales team in General Santos.

You will recruit, coach, and scale 3–5 Sales Managers and their teams to meet regional quotas, while fostering a disciplined, ethical selling culture. Responsibilities include end-to-end sales operations, strategic quota attainment, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, development, and property management teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of sales leadership experience in real estate or high-value consultative sales.
• Proven track record in building teams and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales operations for the General Santos team.
• Design and execute strategies to meet or exceed quotas monthly and quarterly.
• Coach and develop sales staff using structured selling methods.
• Monitor sales metrics, pipeline health, and market trends.
• Partner with marketing, project development, and property management teams.
• Recruit, onboard, and accredit new sales personnel.
• Represent the company at community engagements and broker events.

Lead a high-performing real estate sales team at PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group. The Sales Director will lead, coach, and scale a team in General Santos, to drive quota attainment through structured, ethical, and disciplined selling practices.

Key Objectives:

• Build and staff an organization of 3 to 5 Sales Managers, each leading 3 to 5 Sales Executives, ready to scale as the territory grows.
• Translate sales targets into actionable strategies for the General Santos territory.
• Foster a high-trust, high-performance sales culture.
