Job summary

Opperate connects top-performing SDRs with the highest-paying international SaaS companies. This remote role in the Philippines offers exposure to US clients, fast-tracked career growth, and a high-performance team with mentorship.

You will conduct outbound prospecting, build cadences, and collaborate with AEs to close deals while maintaining CRM data integrity and meeting monthly quotas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B tech sales or prospecting experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota and booking meetings.
• Experience closing deals is a bonus.
• Must work US hours and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails) to book demos with decision makers
• Identify influencers within accounts and generate qualified pipeline for Account Executives
• Build and manage cadences/sequences for outreach using best practices
• Maintain clean, accurate records in CRM systems
• Collaborate with AEs to pass qualified leads and accelerate deals
• Drive urgency and communicate value to prospective customers
• Hit or exceed monthly quotas consistently
