You will liaise between customers and internal teams, manage databases, prepare presentations, and generate sales reports. The ideal candidate is organized, customer‑focused, and proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the sales team in preparing and organizing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate communication.
• Manage and update customer databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient order processing and fulfillment.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
