Qualifications

• BS Architecture, BS Fine Arts, BS Marketing or other Business Courses
• 2-3 Years Relevant Experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
• Ability to interpret and work well with numbers
• Business acumen

Responsibilities

• Gather information, study and analyze economic and market trends, milestones and future events that affect the business
• Apply knowledge of Sales Forecasting, Quota Assignment and Sales Performance Metrics
• Generate and prepare sales reports (e.g Market Share, Market Trends, Price Margin) and make recommendations to improve sales and optimize results of sales and marketing activities
• Apply knowledge of Target Customers, Market Segmentation and Positioning
• Conduct sales presentations
• Analyze and classify problem issues to find solutions to problems in a given situation
• Use Microsoft Office tools
• Identify and describe hazards and risks in the workplace
• Understand and apply proper Waste Segregation set by the company
