• Accomplishing, requesting, and filing of request for payment for all payables of the Marketing Department.
• Accomplishing and filing of all purchase requisitions for the MRP program and for all marketing department promotions.
• Filing of all marketing collaterals.
• Inventory and request of supplies for the marketing department.
• Filing of all marketing plans and programs on paper product category.
• Monitoring and filing of call coverage of Sales Engineers.
• Coordinating with other departments on tasks assigned to by the Marketing Manager.
• Filing of all marketing output especially filing of all advertising efforts of the marketing department for print and other mediums.
• Schedule pertinent meetings of the department managers with key suppliers.
• In charge of purchasing supplies which are immediately needed.
• Coordinates with the purchasing department regarding items which needs to be delivered as soon as possible.
• Inventory and release of all marketing collaterals of special promos by the sales department.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• With at least Bachelor’s Degree in any Business programs or related.
• With good communication skills
