• Monitor and compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports from Promodisers and Sales Representatives
• Track sell-in and sell-through data across assigned retail store accounts and key retail partners
• Coordinate stock replenishment, monitor inventory levels at store locations, and flag out-of-stock items promptly
• Serve as the main point of contact for field personnel regarding operational schedules, store assignments, and attendance
• Assist in disseminating monthly sales targets, promotional guidelines, and product updates to the field team
• Help coordinate onboarding materials, store passes, and uniforms for newly hired Promodisers
• Receive, verify, and process purchase orders (POs) from retail accounts and sales personnel
• Liaise with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and dispatch of Tough Mama products
• Maintain updated database records for accounts, sales figures, and pricing matrices

About the role

The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily sales operations and field execution at Tough Mama.
