Job summary

Health Wellness lifestyle, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Assistant to support daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. You will consolidate sell-in and sell-through data, monitor performance against targets, and maintain organized sales records.

Collaborating with Accounts, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing, you will assist in P.O. documentation, inventory monitoring, and preparation of business reviews and presentations to drive informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Monitor sales performance versus targets
• Consolidate sell-in and sell-through data
• Coordinate with accounts regarding purchase orders and documentation
• Assist in monitoring inventory and stock movement
• Support preparation of presentations and business reviews
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing departments
• Maintain organized sales records and account files
• Track promotional activities and trade program results
• Assist the Key Accounts Manager in operational requirements
