Bioessence Group of Companies is hiring for a sales & marketing focused role. The position involves engaging customers, identifying needs and recommending products, and achieving sales targets in an in-person work setting.

Candidates with at least 1 year of sales/marketing experience and strong communication skills are preferred, with fresh graduates welcome. The role emphasizes presenting products, pricing, and promotions to customers.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• At least 1 year of sales and marketing experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, medical sales, hospitality, BPO, or other related industries
• Knowledge of social media marketing and networking

• Assist and engage customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and pricing
• Ensure proper product presentation and display
• Provide a positive and professional customer experience
• Support other sales-related activities and duties as assigned
