BIOESSENCE in Batangas City is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional service. You will lead, coach, and motivate branch staff to maximize productivity and performance.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve branch sales targets, drive business growth, and execute operational initiatives.
• Strong operational discipline with experience in managing compliance, policies, inventory, cash handling, reporting, and service standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead under pressure and drive accountability within the team.
