The role emphasizes consultative selling and exceeding monthly targets in a fast-evolving automotive segment. The position is onsite at multiple Dongfeng Dealerships in Pasig, Caloocan and Bacoor, with a focus on customer education, efficient pipeline

Qualifications

• Education: College Level or College Graduate.
• Experience: 0-2 years.
• Work arrangement: Onsite 6 days a week, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at Dongfeng Dealerships (Pasig, Caloocan and Bacoor).

About the role

We are seeking dedicated and driven Sales Consultants to join our team in expanding Dongfeng's market presence. The ideal candidates are goal-oriented professionals capable of consistently achieving sales quotas, driving revenue, and adapting to modern sales techniques and strategies.

A Sales Consultant for Dongfeng acts as a brand representative and product expert responsible for selling Dongfeng vehicles (passengers cars, commercial trucks, or electric/hybrid vehicles) to individual customers and commercial fleet clients.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and assigned performance targets

• Guide prospective buyers through vehicle selection, conduct test drives, and match clients with the right vehicle based on needs and budget

• Explain vehicle features, pricing, financing, warranty packages, and EV-specific details (battery range, charging solutions, and long-term cost savings) in clear terms

• Proactively follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline using dealership tools to close deals efficiently

• Educate clients on smart features, mobile apps, and charging habits, while coordinating with internal teams for smooth vehicle delivery

• Assist with sales reporting, pricing discussions, trade-ins, and ad-hoc operational tasks as needed.
